Education Kit

This Education Kit, released by ReconciliACTIONnsw, was one of the first projects devised by the ReconciliACTION Network. The purpose of the kit is to educate young people on the issues involved in Indigenous Rights and Reconciliation, and to help young people become active in their own communities. There are three components of this kit:

1. Fact Sheets – These have been launched online and can be accessed through this website.
2. Freedom Ride 2005 DVD – Includes case studies and Actions from the trip
3. Getting Active – A section helping young people get active in their own communities

Reconciliation in Parliament

This project is in partnership with the NSW Reconciliation Council, ANTaR and the Sydney Friends of Myall Creek. As part of this forum series, held in NSW Parliament House, ReconciliACTIONnsw will host a forum on Indigenous Youth Leadership in early 2008.

ReconciliACTIONnsw 2008 Forum

A conference for members of ReconciliACTIONnsw is being planned for 2008. More details to come.

2008 National ReconciliACTION Youth Forum

The 2008 ReconciliACTION National Forum will be held in the ACT and hosted by ReconciliACT. As part of the ReconciliACTION National Network, ReconciliACTIONnsw has a role in the organisation of this forum.
